* RSA ID and legal residence essential
* Minimum 6 yearsโ experience in a reservations department or travel/tourism call centre
* Proven experience as a Senior Reservations Consultant or Team Lead
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
* PMS knowledge (eRES, Nebula, Opera, Apex, CRM systems) advantageous
