Key Responsibilities
To take and maintain up-to-date accurate reservation records, including records of any advance bookings and any cancellations.To support and assist in the preparation of group rooming listsTo be informed on a daily basis of the hotel’s activities and functionsTo respond all telephone calls efficiently, always ensure that relevant standards and procedures are implemented and maintained
