Reservations Manager

A renowned private game reserve in the southern Kalahari is seeking an experienced and service-driven RESERVATIONS MANAGER to join their team

This is a senior role for someone who can run the full reservations function across multiple luxury camps, guiding every booking from first enquiry through to arrival while managing relationships with trade partners and agents. You'll need real depth in luxury safari reservations, solid systems knowledge, and the leadership skills to guide a small team.

Core Criteria:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in reservations or front office within luxury hospitality or the safari industry


• Solid understanding of Southern African travel, safari logistics and luxury guest expectations


• Proficient in reservations systems such as Panstrat, NightsBridge or similar
