REQUIREMENT:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a hospitality reservations department or tourism/travel call centre managing multiple properties
- Previous experience as a Reservations Consultant or similar role essential
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with PMS systems such as Nebula, eRes, Opera, and Apex advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail with excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-driven
- Professional presentation with a strong team-oriented approach
