Holiday Inn London – Gatwick Airport. Salary: £26,436.80 per annum (£12.71 per hour), 40 hours per week. Fixed‑term maternity cover. We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Reservations and Events Agent to join our team.

Location: Gatwick, RH6.

What you'll be doing as Reservations and Events Agent

• Deliver top quality customer service.
• Work as part of a great team.
• Take enquiries and bookings via telephone and online booking systems.
• Convert enquiries into sales.
• Process, amend and update bookings as required.
• Maximise revenue through upselling.
• Perform administrative tasks and use technology effectively.
• Be available to work when the team and customers need you most.
