Reservations Agent

Job Location: Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a global luxury hotel brand rooted in Thai culture.

The role assists in the effective operation of the Reservations department to meet the business goals of the hotel and drive revenue through upselling.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures.
• Take personal responsibility for driving upselling and achieving set revenue targets by month.
• Be fully aware of the Selling Strategy, rates, packages, groups and booking status.
• Receive, process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, email or fax in accordance with MHG quality standards; send confirmation within two hours.
• Respond to all reservation requests and inquiries within 24 hours.
• Assist with group bookings, updating the group rooming list and billing instructions in OPMS, and recording guest special requests.
