Position Summary:

The Reservationist is the first contact for customers calling the restaurant. This role must deliver excellent customer service through contact that is professional, friendly, efficient and informative, as well as ensuring the successful delivery of the Gibsons Restaurant Group’s philosophy, which is based upon four distinct core beliefs: Hospitality, Quality, Value and Family.
