What You'll Do

• Manage hotel reservations from enquiry to confirmation
• Provide outstanding service to guests via phone and email
• Ensure bookings are captured accurately and efficiently
• Upsell room categories and hotel services
• Coordinate special guest requests with operational departments
• Maintain reservation records and guest databases
• Resolve guest queries professionally while ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or from a recognised hotel school
• Previous reservations, front office or guest services experience within a hotel environment
