Reservation Agent: Guest Experience & Revenue

Accor is seeking a Reservation Agent for Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi. You will be the primary contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation to final details.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in hospitality reservations, fluent in Arabic, with strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities. Opera or similar reservation systems experience is advantageous.
