Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Teaching Specialist IV in the EPI & Health Outcome Department at the Rutgers Cancer Institute. 

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, the Research Teaching Specialist IV provides data management and programming support to fulfill the needs of faculty conducting cancer epidemiology research. This position reports to the Chief of Cancer Epidemiology and Health Outcomes Section.

Among the key duties for this position are the following:

As assigned, carries out various data cleaning, management, and programming tasks relating to relevant research activities. 

Assists in all phases of research studies as assigned by the Principal Investigators conducting epidemiological and related research and communicates with primary data collection staff to resolve discrepancies in recorded data.
