Key Responsibilities

• Bankruptcy Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on proofs of claim, discharges, motions for relief, means tests, exemptions, and trustee procedures.
• Authority Gathering: Utilize local court resources, PACER, and legal databases to collect statutes and case law. Synthesize findings into concise English memos and briefs.
• Document Preparation: Draft research memoranda, case summaries, and issue analyses. Prepare outlines for motions and objections using attorney templates.
• Data Extraction & Organization: Extract facts from schedules, SOFAs, and claims registers. Maintain meticulous research logs for high case volumes.
