Responsibilities
- Identify and engage researchers and institutions for potential data access and research collaborations
- Lead initial conversations to explain project scope and assess partnership fit
- Translate collaboration discussions into clear data requirements and specifications
- Draft partnership materials such as summaries, proposals, and early agreement language for internal and legal review
- Track outreach and partnership status and manage timely follow-up through to execution
