We are seeking a highly motivated Research Officer to join our translational research team working on cutting‑edge CAR T‑cell therapies for gastrointestinal cancers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative cancer immunotherapy research in a dynamic and supportive academic‑clinical environment.

• Perform in vivo studies including tumor implantation and whole‑body bioluminescence imaging of tumor‑bearing NSG mice using the IVIS Spectrum system.
• Expand and maintain human immune cells and organoids.
• Conduct retroviral transduction for CAR T‑cell generation.
• Perform multi‑parameter flow cytometry analysis.
• Execute tumor cytotoxicity assays using the Tecan Infinite 200 Pro plate reader.
