Research Manager – Client Servicing
Data Services – MENA – Dubai, UAE. Full-time, permanent, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office).
Summary: You will design and deliver quantitative market research for regional and global clients, turning data into commercial opportunities. You will manage projects end-to-end, spot client needs, present findings as stories, and leverage AI/automation to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver research projects from questionnaire development to reporting.
- Plan workflow, organize and troubleshoot issues with support teams, including scripting, fieldwork, data processing and finance.
- Transform data into memorable stories that drive client action.
- Identify new opportunities within accounts and help grow business.
