Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow (Front-end design (RTL) Scientist for Heterogeneous Systems)

The Continental‑NTU Corp Lab is a strategic research collaboration between NTU Singapore and Continental, focusing on developing technically advanced solutions for future urban mobility applications. The role is for a Research Fellow or Senior Researcher (full‑time) to join the team focused on heterogeneous integration and security of chiplet‑based IC systems.

• Conduct cutting‑edge research on hetero‑design of chiplet‑based systems, with a focus on security of components and interconnects across chiplets.
• Focus on new IC design concepts for embedded ARM and RISC‑V architectures.
• Investigate various aspects of system design, including:
  • Topology exploration
  • Routing algorithms
  • Protocol and flow‑control design
  • Chiplet‑oriented and interposer design strategies
  • SiP and chiplet architecture
