Research Fellow (Computer Science/Statistics/Electronics Engineering)

Dr Yingzhen Li and her research group at NTU are looking for a Research Fellow to carry out research in probabilistic machine learning and GenAI, exploring cutting‑edge approaches such as sequence model design, continual learning, recurrent memory, Bayesian modelling, uncertainty quantification, and machine learning systems. Emphasis will be on methods that design and implement new architectures for auto‑regressive sequence modelling to enable adaptive memory updates, uncertainty quantification, and sequential decision making. The role also involves exploration for emerging research directions, synthesizing technical ideas, and engaging with GenAI industry and open‑source communities.
