Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Medicinal Chemistry Research Scientist to actively contribute to small molecule drug discovery programs through bench-level synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds. This role requires strong laboratory skills, scientific rigor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis of small molecules.
• Drive molecule design through SAR insights by integrating biology, ADME, DMPK, and computational approaches to accelerate hit-to-lead and lead optimization.
