Research & Development Intern

Intermountain Blending & Filling is looking for a Research & Development Intern to assist the Research and Development (R&D) team with developing sample product batches and reviewing and documenting results.Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm M-F. This internship is expected to last through the end of August.Click here to learn more about us!What You'll Do:Review batch recipes, gather and weigh ingredients, and place ingredients in appropriate containersAssist Scientists in preparation of formulations and evaluating the stability of batches to meet product standards and specificationsConduct physical tests on batch samples including pH, viscosity, specific gravity, color, and odor to ensure product adheres to pre-determined specificationsScan Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Certificate of Analysis (COFA) into the systemMaintain accurate and detailed records and logs of all work performed Communicate batch non-conformance to leadership Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environmentDocument data a...
