Research & Development Engineer

The Research & Development (R&D) Engineer role offers the opportunity to join an R&D team developing next-generation power electronics products used across global applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in electronics, power supply design, testing, simulation, and hands-on product development.

• Design and develop switch-mode power supplies
• Work on analogue and digital control systems
• Build prototypes and perform lab testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes
• Run simulations using tools such as LTSpice, MATLAB, or similar platforms
• Troubleshoot and optimise designs for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with manufacturing, PCB, and quality teams

• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
