Research Analyst

Job Description

As a Research Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive updates and research on market intelligence pertaining to various Real Estate asset classes, including office leasing, Residential, Retail, Industrial, and hospitality.
• Regularly generating detailed market reports focusing on aspects such as supply, demand, pricing, and prevailing trends.
• Crafting insightful write-ups and publications for reports spanning regional to global contexts.
• Providing support for events, speaking engagements, interviews, and other related activities.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in intermediate numeracy skills, including the interpretation and presentation of data through graphs, line charts, and calculation of simple and weighted averages.
