Research Analyst

The Research Analyst will support investment sourcing and execution by collecting investment proposals, preparing investor-ready pitch materials, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, screen, and organize investment proposals across sectors.
• Analyze business models, financials, and market data to support investment evaluation.
• Prepare investment teasers, pitch decks, and detailed investment memoranda.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as valuers, merchant bankers, legal advisors, and database providers.
• Liaise with promoters owners to obtain business, financial, and operational information.
• Schedule and coordinate one-to-one meetings and video calls between promoter teams and investors and maintain the meeting calendar and minutes of the meetings.
