Responsibilities
- Write reports and articles that make labour market trends come alive through clear data storytelling
- Launch studies or surveys to measure emerging trends and identify wider implications and gaps in the labour market from analysis produced
- Provide advisory on data and statistical techniques used in modelling
- Keep abreast of latest labour market movements and propose creative ways to present information
- Degree in any discipline with keen interest in numbers and patterns
- Minimum 2 years' experience in research, analysis, or data-related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and responsible individual
- Working knowledge of statistical programming languages (SAS, R, Python, STATA)
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
