RES Specialist - US Based Remote

**Primary Function:**
Audit real estate related paperwork to ensure accurate and timely disclosure to buyers.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Minimize Cartus legal and financial exposure by auditing disclosures, home inspections, listing agreements and other legal documents for data integrity and accuracy, based on legal, state, and company compliance guidelines
+ Analyze reports to determine appropriate follow up actions concerning disclosure documents
+ Notify Client Services Consultants of process delays due to incomplete information
+ Notify the appropriate in-house recipients of urgent items in a timely and efficient manner
+ Correctly upload and label all necessary disclosure documents in ATLAS
+ Correctly enter data into Homesale, ATLAS and database
+ Assist with on-going process design and improvements
+ Forward disclosure documents to appropriate real estate contact and confirm receipt
+ Archive e-mails and other sensitive materials
