Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home loan products across channels. Drive lead generation, conversion, and timely processing of applications in coordination with partners. 2. Channel Partner Management Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong network of partners, agents and distributors. Conduct training and upskilling sessions to enhance product knowledge, process awareness, and compliance adherence. Regularly engage with partners to ensure productivity and business alignment. 3. Lead Generation & Conversion Collaborate with both channels to generate high-quality leads and support partners to convert them into successful disbursals. Monitor performance metrics like lead-to-login and login-to-disbursal ratios, and take action to improve conversion efficiency. 4.
