Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets. Generate prescriptions through doctor calls and scientific product detailing. Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors. Ensure product availability and market coverage. Execute promotional campaigns. Submit DCRs and reports on time. Track competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities. Organize CMEs and doctor meetings. Follow ethical sales practices. Requirements Must be a local candidate of the respective headquarters. Well-versed in the pharmaceutical sales process. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willing to work in a launching territory. Willing to travel extensively. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Quick learner with a growth mindset. Qualification B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Mandatory) Experience Minimum 12 years of continuous experience in pharmaceutical sales. General Therapy segment exposure is mandatory.
