• Lead and execute the month‑end close process across UAE entities with precision and timeliness.
• Prepare and review IFRS‑compliant financial statements and disclosures.
• Conduct group‑wide financial consolidations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Manage the end‑to‑end external audit process, including coordination, documentation, and resolution of audit findings.
• Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk mitigation.
