Job Description
Our client in Deerfield Beach FL, has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. This position will report to both the Replenishment Manager and Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the highest level of customer service during order taking, dispatching, scheduling of drivers and deliveries.

Responsibilities include: Successfully complete training in concrete manufacturing and customer service (to be provided). Comply with all company's Safety Policies, attend department, and site safety meetings, participate in safety committees and programs. Take orders, schedule, dispatch and establish strong customer relations. Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.
