Replacement Account Representative

The Replacement Account Representative will work as a direct representative and liaison for Hertz Rental Car. This role will act as the facilitator and single point of contact between Hertz and the fleet company. Main responsibilities will be account management along with increasing revenue and market share.

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Develop a thorough knowledge of rental and fleet operating systems
+ Responsible for supporting fleet account managers using critical thinking
+ Support regular new hire class trainings with fleet account
+ Assist fleet partners during the life cycle of the rental- from reservation to invoice
+ Be part of a diverse team whose focus is providing premier service to both internal and external customers
+ Learn to develop and implement processes to streamline tasks and find efficiencies
+ Correspond with VP and C Level employees within the client’s organization
