1 Month Contract With a Local Authority Job Purpose To provide an effective surveying service for Housing Property Services, ensuring responsive repairs, maintenance works, and surveying activities are delivered in accordance with specifications, procedures, legislation, and best practice standards. The postholder will undertake inspections, diagnose complex repairs, prepare accurate specifications, monitor contractor performance, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The role will support the effective management of housing stock by identifying repair solutions, minimising service failures, and ensuring residents receive a high-quality repairs service.
