We are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a large housing internal DLO managing responsive repairs. This role involves managing and controlling employees on repairs and maintenance, adaptations, and minor capital work to ensure the provision of an effective and best value service. The successful candidate will ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed standard, while maintaining full gas compliance throughout the contract area.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage and control the team members assessing, specifying, and valuing the extent of work to be undertaken through a comprehensive inspection process of each property.
Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
