• Diagnose and repair faults in various appliances, including LED TVs, microwave ovens, washing machines, and ovens.
• Provide efficient and high‑quality repair services for customers.
• Work with internal stakeholders and communicate technical issues effectively with both colleagues and customers.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in appliance repair.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English to communicate with stakeholders and customers.
