Complete all repairs, testing and calibrating for assigned focus factory. Maintain a 95% on time delivery (OTD) of all customer returns. Maintains detailed records and documentation of repair information. Delegate work to production cells as required. Train cell associates & mentor associates to drive process improvements. Lead root cause analysis and drive countermeasure on all product repairs, collaborate with production and quality teams Lead implementation of continuous improvement tools in repairs and production
