The ideal candidate must have previous jewellery sales and/or repair intake experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to confidently communicate the value of fine jewellery, repairs and custom services. This role combines sales excellence with the precision and accountability required to manage customer repairs from intake through completion.
