Primary Responsibilities:
Issue repair disposition (Machining, Weld, Coating, inlays, Pressure Test, FATs) after D&I following all NOV local and global procedure. Issue repair Disposition of all NCR raised during repair process & perform RCA. Assist Vendors with Technical support during all repair process with NOV Equipment’s. Lead and assist the Repair Team during SPS and other major jobs. Identify and develop Vendors to repair of NOV Equipment’s, Support Vendors for WPS Qualification. Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities:
Improve efficiency with development of Tools / Instruments / New Equipment’s Identify and develop new vendors for repair process. Review QC inspection report. Assist QC team to develop & review SOW for repair. Assist Planning Team to finalize scope for quotes including BOM. Assist planning team to provide cost estimation of 3rd party repairs...
