Current Issue

The rooftop louver fence enclosure installed around the rooftop equipment area is damaged and unstable. The existing louver panels, access gate, steel support posts, and concrete support bases are affected and require rectification. The damaged enclosure may create a safety risk during strong wind or adverse weather conditions and may also affect equipment protection and access control. Therefore, repair/replacement of the damaged louver fence enclosure is required.

Scope of Work

• Visit the site and take actual measurements before fabrication and installation.
• Barricade and secure the affected rooftop work area before starting the work.
