Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Maintains relationships with known players and develop relationships with potential playersMeets, greets and delivers exceptional service to all guests in person or over the phone. Assists with resolution of guest issuesSeeks out and “sells” guests on the value of signing up for a Morongo Rewards Card.
