As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing complex customer orders and providing comprehensive support to field sales, manufacturing plants, and external customers. The role requires strong customer focus, business acumen, and technical aptitude to ensure efficient order processing and issue resolution in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. You will serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, accurate execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
