Rental Manager

Role Description

The Rental Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and rental revenue by managing leasing activities, tenant relationships, and property operations. This role ensures efficient rent collection, minimizes vacancies, and maintains compliance with local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property leasing (viewings, negotiations, contract signing)
• Screen tenants and handle inquiries and complaints
• Ensure timely rent collection and follow up on payments
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, and Ejari registration
• Coordinate maintenance and property inspections
• Ensure compliance with UAE rental laws
• Advertise properties and work with brokers

Qualifications & Requirements
