Rent and Service Charge Manager

Do you have experience managing rent and service charge processes within housing? As a Rent and Service Charge Manager at Amplius, you’ll be responsible for leading our rent and service charge activities, supporting compliance, improving processes and providing valuable insight. You’ll work with teams across the organisation to ensure we deliver accurate and transparent services for customers.

Salary: £56,650 per year

Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15pm

Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in our Boston, Peterborough or Milton Keynes office depending on business needs.
