Renewables EPC Contracts Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Lead legal and contractual management of EPC agreements on behalf of the project owner across the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects. This includes development, tendering, contract negotiation, execution, variation management, claims, completion and warranty phases. Ensure contractual frameworks protect the owner’s interests and manage risk appropriately.
• Work closely with technical advisors and the Owner’s Engineer team, supporting their appointment, reviewing service agreements and ensuring clear responsibilities and reporting structures.
