Renewable Energy SCADA Team Leader

WSP is currently initiating a search for a **Renewable Energy SCADA Team Leader** for our **Irvine, CA** office. The Renewable Energy SCADA Team Leader will lead WSP’s SCADA, communications, and controls engineering capability across utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects. This role is responsible for technical leadership, team development, and delivery excellence across the full project lifecycle — from early development through commissioning and operations.

The position plays a key role in strengthening WSP’s renewable energy engineering platform by establishing consistent SCADA standards, scalable delivery models, and high-quality client outcomes.
