Renew Itad Sales Operations (San Pedro Tlaquepaque)

Responsibilities Responsible for the End-to-end management and tracking of customer requests/ orders beginning with a request for information (RFI) through to final order closeout, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proactively reaching out to sales and potentially customers to support sales in purchasing used devices.
Through the quotation process the ITAD sales operations roler, works on finding the best solution and quotation for the customer in collaboration with HP's sales and pursuit teams as well as external vendors.
Develop and Improve operation workflows, cost structures and metrics for integral support of customers, sales & pursuit teams.
Contribute to delivery manuals, maintain price sheets, and train Solution Architects and other stakeholders in ITAD service capabilities and operations.
Contribute to the transformation of the worldwide service offering to ensure a differentiated HP solution.
