Remuneration Analytics & Cost Analyst

OUTsurance is seeking a Remuneration Analyst to analyse and report on remuneration costs, trends and variances, providing data-driven insights for decision-making and governance. You will support payroll governance, compliance reporting and reward programme reporting.

With 3–5 years of analytical experience and a Bachelor’s in a quantitative field, you will enhance remuneration models, dashboards and BI reports while collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
