Remote/Hybrid Managed Services Consultant

Link-Worldwide is seeking a proficient Consultant in Mexico City to provide post-go-live support and system consulting for multiple clients. The role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as well as the ability to independently troubleshoot and implement solutions.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage client expectations while building relationships. Work flexibility is encouraged with some in-office days required.
