Remote Workday HCM & Talent Management Analyst

Fairfield Consultancy Services Limited (UK) is seeking a Workday Analyst/Developer focusing on Learning and Talent for a remote position in Europe. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Workday functional experience, supporting configuration and testing in various modules.

Responsibilities include supporting Workday configuration, documenting business processes, and participating in testing and release cycles. Experience in global HR environments is preferred.
