Overview

CommandLink is seeking a Technical Account Manager to work remotely and drive customer onboarding and integrations for our ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer onboarding and integrations with our ITSM platform.
• Guide enterprise customers through successful adoption of the platform.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and configuration support.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of ITSM products such as ServiceNow and Jira.
