Remote Talent Partner (Tech Recruiting) - Flexible Hours

LatamCent is looking for a Talent Partner to oversee recruitment for technical roles in various industries. This is a fully remote position where you'll manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, while working closely with U.S.-based hiring managers.

The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of recruitment experience, fluency in English, and the flexibility to work across different time zones.
