Remote Solicitor: Property Possession & Lender Litigation

West Coast Personnel is seeking a qualified UK Solicitor to join a remote team handling property possession, lender litigation and secured debt recovery matters. You will independently manage a varied caseload for lenders with paralegal support and must travel to Central London for hearings when required.

The role is fully remote, operates during UK hours, and requires the legal right to work in the UK. Prior UK litigation experience and strong client liaison skills are essential.
