Remote Shopify Support Pro with Gorgias

TalentPop is hiring a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role. You will respond to customers via chat, email, or phone and manage tickets using Gorgias and Shopify.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication, at least 1 year of remote customer service experience, and comfort handling multiple conversations with empathy and reliability. Fully remote setup and growth opportunities are provided.
