Remote Shopify & Gorgias Support Pro

TalentPop App is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role in ecommerce support using Shopify and Gorgias. You’ll handle inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone to keep customers satisfied.

Requirements include at least 1 year of online customer service, strong English communication, and comfort with multitasking. Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify is a plus; remote-ready and tech‑savvy.
